The pork tenderloin, also called pork eye fillet or Gentleman's Cut, is a long thin cut of pork. It is lean and tender and requires a relatively short cooking time. Mild in flavour, pork tenderloin is well suited to marinades of herbs, garlic or light spice rubs. It is expertly trimmed by our butchers, to give you a lean, healthy cut of pork.
