These Australian grass-fed beef bones are just the thing you need for making the health-giving elixir bone broth. Simmering these bones for a minimum of 12 hours releases collagen and nutrients from the bones to make them available for us. They have been cut into chunks to fit in your pot and to readily release their goodness. Simply drink the broth with a little salt, or use it in any savoury dish that calls for water or stock.
