A marvellously versatile veggie. Cauliflower is delicious in curries, soups and stews. It can be roasted, fried or barbequed. You can eat it raw or cooked. It has a mild flavour and is excellent steamed with bechamel sauce for the comfort food classic cauliflower cheese. And for a trendy rice alternative, you can whiz it to a crumb in a food processor and flavour as you wish.
