The notes of the copper distilled London Dry Gin from the South of England and its botanicals are mapped out in their own laboratory in Italy and matched with custom developed spring water tonic where the quinine, stevia (using naturally sweet leaf extract instead of 80% sugar) and all its elements are perfectly balanced.
