Chicken Satay Skewers
Hand-cut chicken fillet threaded onto skewers and bathed in a satay marinade. These are one of the most popular items we sell over our butcher’s counters. The marinade keeps the chicken moist and tender and gives a delicious satay flavour.
Simply add a neutral oil to a pan or bbq over medium heat and cook on all sides. Serve with a green salad, atop a bowl of rice or in a wrap for a delicious, easy dinner. They're quite large, budget for two to three skewers per person.
