Our favourite Aussie gin, Four Pillars Gin - their annual release of the Christmas Gin, just divine! Christmas puddings are actually distilled to make this gin. It is aged for a year in 100-year-old Muscat barrels. You’ll experience aromatics of classic juniper and a slight festive hint of cinnamon, which is backed up with a rich palate and a hint of sweetness from the Muscat. A truly unique spirit we highly recommend. It is great sipping neat, mixed with ginger ale or beer even, but if you’d like to bring out the inner mixologist in you, have a go at concocting a cocktail with this…and don’t forget to give us the recipe, so we can try too!
