Mont Vully - a Swiss cheese that’ll win you over at first bite. It’s made with pasteurised cow’s milk and is a semi-hard, creamy cheese. It’s sweet, but also salty with walnut notes, slightly piquant. It is aged for at least five months and goes very well with a dry red wine. It’s great for breakfast, as a snack, in a sandwich, on a cheese board - on its own too.
Fact: wheels of cheese are matured in a cellar and are washed several times a week with Pinot Noir from the slopes of Mount Vully.

All orders above $600 qualify for free delivery. You will be charged for nothing more than your groceries.
