Impress your sweetheart by waking them up on a Sunday morning with a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. So much more invigorating and enlivening than the sugary stuff out of a bottle. These are particularly juicy ones, you'll only need about four for a generous glass of juice. 

A stunning savoury application for orange juice is this ripper little lamb dish. Grill four lamb cutlets fat side down in a pan, add baby carrots, orange zest and thyme. When the carrots are almost done, lay the cutlets down and sear on both sides. Squeeze in the juice of two oranges. Let it sizzle and reduce a bit then tip the whole lot on a serving platter for two.
