There is a world of difference between properly hand crafted smoked salmon and the salty, orange hued products in plastic packages. To this end, every Friday we buy the freshest salmon fished from the pristine, icy Norwegian seas and pop it on a plane. It travels over the weekend ready for us to get smoking at the start of the week.

We go to all this fuss because we want to share with you the joy that is ‘real’ smoked salmon. Briny, oily and strangely refreshing, served on a bagel with sour cream and capers, or a little blini with a glistening dab of caviar. It may not happen every day, but treat yourself to some of our outstanding salmon once in a while.

Subject to natural variation, each pack is pre-sliced and weighs approximately 200g
