Eggplants are a staple of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine, grilled, baked or roasted they take on the flavours of their sauce or seasoning so well. An excellent side to barbequed meat (and lamb in particular), babaganoush is made with blackened eggplant pureed smooth with tahini and garlic. It's easy to make at home, and it's cheaper and much more delicious than buying a tub.
Delivery service is currently available to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung and Hong Kong International Airport.
All orders above $600 qualify for free delivery. You will be charged for nothing more than your groceries.
For orders under $600, a $100 delivery fee will be charged.
There is no fee for picking, packing or service.
