Description

Marinating in yoghurt is an ingenious technique. The acid in the yoghurt penetrates the meat and gently tenderises it over time. The fat helps transmit the flavours of the spices making for a tender, flavoursome and delicious dinner. 

Bake these thighs in a moderate oven for 30 minutes. Keep them high in the oven for a little toasty scorching on the top. Serve with more yoghurt and some soft and fluffy naans

  • Boneless chicken thighs
  • Coconut cream
  • Rapeseed oil
  • Ketchup
  • Yoghurt
  • Salt
  • Tandoori seasoning (garam masala, coriander, paprika, garlic, cumin, ginger, turmeric, salt, cayenne pepper)
  • Lime juice
  • Cumin
  • Cinnamon
  • Ground ginger.
