Developed by leading bar distributor Proof & Co, and seen behind the bar at many of Sydney’s top cocktail destinations, this pure wheat vodka is something of a bartender’s secret. Tried & True is distilled in Picardie, France, from local winter wheat, through a five-column still process. Demineralised water from the Cognac region is added to bring the alcohol volume down to 44%, resulting in a gorgeous, clean, neutral vodka that takes any vodka-based cocktail to the next level.

Being committed to purity in all their products, Tried & True have a zero additive policy, so no citric acid, glycerine or sugar is added to their vodka. The result is a finely made, authentic vodka that barfolk rely on. This top shelf vodka is not normally sold to the public, but after we opened a bottle at Feather & Bone we decided it was too good not to share.
