One of the markers of the festive season is that feeling of ‘plenty’. Having a full store cupboard goes a long way to creating a warm, settled feeling, safe in the knowledge that the nastiest of snow storms (or longest string of bank holiday store closures) won’t leave any revellers hungry.

Such is the role of a leg of ham. Sitting ready in the refrigerator waiting to be whipped out for a mid-morning nibble, a simple Christmas eve supper or to just as a general addition to the feast as a whole. Our boneless smoked ham is the most succulent pork, smoked to perfection with the bone removed so not a scrap will go to waste.
