Four generations of Champagne growers have established a tradition of excellence in the house of Philizot et Fils. This label created in 2002 has won many accolades for their Champagnes, and the Brut No.3 is no exception. Named for its three varieties: 30% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 35% Pinot Meunier this Champagne shows lovely baked apple, brioche and peach flavours, with decent acidity and creamy weight thanks to extended ageing before release.
