Yellow Zucchini (one piece)
Just like the more common green zuc, only with yellow skin. Same taste, same texture and same insides.
This yellow version is particularly nice to use in summer pastas with lemon, mint and orecchiette possibly served alongside a piece of salmon. It’s also great to add colour and variety to stir-fries, salads, or antipasti, any dish that has a flavoursome dressing or sauce, zucchini is waiting to soak it all in.
