Bacon & Egg Rolls

BACON & EGG ROLLS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Burger Bun
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 rasher of Bacon
  • 1 tps of Mayonnaise
  • 1 tps of Ketchup
  • 1 tps of Butter

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Heat the flying pan over medium-high heat, add the butter.
  2. Toast the inside of bun and keep it warm.
  3. Grill bacon in a pan until golden brown.
  4. Crack the egg into a pan and cook until whites are firm and opaque.
  5. Spread the mayonnaise and ketchup over the bottom of the bun.
  6. Place the fried egg and bacon on the bun, then ENJOY!
