Herb Salad

From starting to serving: 10 minutes. Active Time: 10 minutes.

Serves 4. As a side dish.

How the chefs explain it:

Pick all the herbs, slice the radish and cornichons, make a quick vinaigrette and toss directly before serving.

 

  1. Pick the leaves of all the herbs.
  2. Cut the chives into 2cm lengths.
  3. Slice the radishes as thinly as you can.
  4. Combine the olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper in the bottom of a salad bowl and whisk thoroughly.
  5. Add all the salad ingredients and toss well.
  6. Serve immediately.
