If our house-made butcher’s counter signature creations were given a car ranking equivalent, then the BEEF WELLINGTON would definitely be the Rolls-Royce of them all. And if you’re familiar with our ‘experience offers’, you’ll know that the beef Wellington making class has been a popular activity since launch. NEW this year, are the MIXED GROUP CLASSES, on Wellington Wednesday night - that monthly restaurant offer at Causeway Bay (back on 19 Feb). Get your lovely self booked in (or with whomever) - we can take up to 8 pax max.
