Saint Valentine's is exceptionally busy for us, so this year we offer you a special VALENTINE’S MENU from 13 - 15 February ’25, four exquisite and beautifully plated courses at $648 / person (10% service charge applies).
Setting the mood with a freshly shucked oyster - shiso leaf and bergamot granita, followed by a choice of appetisers, yellowfin tuna tartare or a grass-fed beef carpaccio. The main affairs too are not on our usual menus. A choice of pan-fried kingfish, with prawn velouté, crushed new potatoes and broccolini or the spectacular black Angus beef picanha, soy-glazed, with confit shallot, foie gras and pommes Anna. To end, a sweet sensation to share - strawberry pavlova, meringue, sweet cream and fresh strawberries. Keen? We recommend you book in advance!
