We took a a little break from Wellington Wednesday. Whilst you’ve been patiently waiting for its return (thank you), the chefs have been working hard. This year, our 10th anniversary - we take the WELLINGTON WEDNESDAY dine-in offer to a whole other level. From 19 Feb. ’25, Wellington Wednesday returns to Causeway Bay at dinner (once a month). Introducing a new and much improved welly offer at just $398 / person (10% service charge applies) for four sensational courses - new dishes too. A freshly shucked oyster with mignonette sauce, followed by hand-cut grass-fed beef tartare OR a lobster roll. The main affair, our signature beef Welly (800g for two to share) served table-side with sides and gravy followed by a never-before-featured dessert…bombe Alaska, flambéed at your table too.

Reservations required, you see, each welly is made fresh based on the number of guests booked in, so DO secure your spot in advance for whichever Wednesday you desire.
