Product description
Broccolini is a cross between broccoli and Chinese broccoli and belongs to the cabbage family. Its long and firm stalks make them a bit more tender than broccoli. Wash, cut (stems too, don’t waste) and stir-fry with some garlic, ginger, chilli and soy sauce - a quick easy veggie dish. Also great roasted with a simple seasoning of sea salt, pepper and a good drizzle of quality extra virgin olive oil - great with steaks!
