Régis Camus is an international award-winning sparkling winemaker, admired for his virtuosity in blending and for immersing himself in the spirit and tradition of Japan. He collaborated with four revered Tojis (brewmasters) at breweries Dassai, Urakasumi, Hakushika and Konishi - creating four very unique product expressions.
