Lamb shanks are the portion of meat around the leg bone right beneath the knee. It comes from a harder working part of the animal so you'll need to either give it a nice long, slow roast, or braise it. Braised in red wine and stock with a few woody herbs thrown in, the meat will then be so tender it'll fall right off the bone and melt in your mouth.

All orders above $600 qualify for free delivery. You will be charged for nothing more than your groceries.
For orders under $600, a $100 delivery fee will be charged.
There is no fee for picking, packing or service.
