Made from fermenting New Zealand Manuka and Multifloral honey, matured with French Oak. A delicious wine with mead that is rich and smooth, with a sweet taste of honey. Can be served at room temperature, but also warmed or chilled, poured over ice or crafted into your favourite cocktails at home. Different temperatures will bring out different tasting notes, so do experiment. Pairs well with duck, honey-glazed ham, pork or Asian food.
